The Weakest Link Has a Pulse

We pour our energy into the technical walls.
Firewalls. Encryption. Hardened servers.

And the way in is usually a person.

A convincing email.
A tired moment on a Friday.
Someone helpful, clicking the wrong thing.

I learned not to stop at the code.

The strongest system in the world
still has humans at the edges,
and humans can be talked to.

So security became, for me,
partly about culture.
Training. Permission to pause.
A team that doesn’t feel dumb double-checking.

The weakest link has a pulse.
You have to defend that one too.
