Answers used to be the hard part.
You earned them. You hunted for them.
Now an answer is a sentence away,
and a pretty good one at that.
So the value quietly moved.
Not to having answers —
everyone has those now —
but to asking the right question.
The one that frames the real problem.
The one that points at what actually matters.
The one worth answering at all.
I’ve watched people with every answer
get nowhere,
because they were answering the wrong thing.
And I’ve watched one sharp question
redraw a whole project.
As answers get cheap,
questions get precious.
I’m trying to get good at asking.
