What unsettles me about the model
isn’t that it’s wrong sometimes.
It’s that it’s wrong in the same confident voice
it uses when it’s right.
A person hedges. Pauses. Says “I think.”
The model just answers, smoothly, always.
I had to train myself
to stop hearing confidence as correctness.
Now I read the steady tone as nothing at all.
It tells me how sure it sounds,
not how right it is.
The calm is free.
I do the checking myself.
